Recommendation to Parents
- Parent are required to inform the school if there is any change in their address and Mobile numbers through e-mail or hard copy as an application to the

School Rules
Rules and regulations are necessary as they maintain a conducive environment for learning. Keeping school rules and regulations help to develop self-discipline and a sense of responsibility which are essential qualities for success in life.
General Conduct
Students should have good manners and show respect, care and concern for everyone to be a good example for the peers.

Attendance and Punctuality

Disciplinary Procedure
- Parents/Guardians will be informed through a letter/diary note when their child does not adhere to the rules of the Parents will need to acknowledge receipt of the letter/diary note. Where items are confiscated, parents are to collect them personally from the School Office within 3 days.
- Parents will be informed and a warning letter will be given when their child has committed a very serious
- Students may also be required to do corrective work for late-coming and detention for very serious
- Suspension and/or expulsion is liable under any of these conditions:
- When offender is recalcitrant/is pulled up for frequent
- When the offence jeopardizes the safety and security of the other

- Unsatisfactory progress in work
- Detention or repeated detention in a class for frequent incomplete class-works and home
Please note that disciplinary action will be taken for any other infractions subject to the discretion of the school.
The school strictly discourages physical / corporal punishment. However an informal atmosphere of learning does not mean a total disregard for appropriate conduct by the students. The general guidelines of proper conduct as well as class room behaviour are fully explained to all students by their teachers, in class and in the diary also.
The following actions, or the attempts to commit them, are considered MISCONDUCT / INAPPROPRIATE and will warrant disciplinary action.

- Disregard shown to a teacher by not following
- Use of inappropriate language or tone while talking to
- Repeated irregular submission of home
- Irregularity / failure to complete home work or to submit assignments will result in deduction of grades at the discretion of the subject Student may be asked to stay back and complete the same.
- Instigating fellow students to bunk classes or
- Any reported act of indiscipline during the journey by school bus will be viewed seriously and may result in withdrawal of the facility of school
- Eating in the class room during class/teaching.

- Missing classes on pretext of visiting the First Aid Room/washroom.
- Not bring text books or note books or equipment/accessory for academic/activity

- Found intentionally boarding another bus instead of the one
- Indulging in behaviour that causes damage to other motorists/pedestrians while in the

Important Note:
Depending on the nature of violation, the student may be suspended from using the conveyance facility.
School follows Zero Tolerance for bullying and violation of rules for cyber activities. If a student is found indulging in the same he/she will be suspended permanently from school’s cyber access.
Bus Rules
General Information :
BHASKER EDUCATIONAL ACADEMY Bus Service consists of a standard service to and from the school campus.
The bus will depart at the scheduled times and will not wait for late students. If there is any
change in the departure time, the school will inform the parents.
Pick-Up and Drop-Off Points
- Buses will arrive and depart from the pick-up/drop-off points at the scheduled pick-up and drop-off times and will not wait for late students or their parents/guardians.
- Parents/guardians are asked to ensure students are at the pick-up/drop-off points on time. Parent/Guardians are recommended to arrive at the pick-up/drop-off points at least 5 minutes before the scheduled
- The transport personnel will not oblige any personal requests by the
- School reserves the right to withdraw the transport for a child who is overdue of transport fee/ even school fee with prior intimation /indiscipline in the
Transportation Leave and Change of Bus Routes:
- In the event that a student wishes to change their assigned bus stop (on the same route) /or will not be using the bus service for a temporary period (’Transportation Leave’), the parents / guardians must provide the school with written request for grant of The student permission to change buses or to take Transportation Leave, indicating the preferred bus, and the effective dates and time must be mentioned in the letter. Change or opting out of transport in mid of month/year is not allowed. Such notice must be given not less than 48 hours before the effective dates and times only.

Bus Service General Rules:

Library Rules
Behaviour
All students are expected to behave in an appropriate manner whilst in the library. NO food items are permitted in the library. ‘Silence’ is a Pre-requisite.
Issue of Books

Leave of Absence
Attendance is expected on all school days unless the child is on leave on medical grounds, or in case any special leave is granted by the Head of the school under unavoidable circumstances or situations.
Half days are not granted to children. In case your child is sick he or she should not be sent to school until he / she is perfectly fit. It is mandatory to record the leave in the communication page of the student diary.
If a student has to stay at home on account of prolonged sickness, kindly inform the Principal / Academic co-ordinator in person. Before re joining the school, a medical certificate must be submitted to the Principal / Academic co-ordinator. Children will be sent to the medical room in case of fever, excessive cough or any other ailments, which are contagious.
Under such circumstances, parents will be informed and due procedures followed. We request parent’s co-operation in the interest of the child and the school. The same will be recorded in the Student Diary and signed by class teacher.
Fee Payment Terms and Conditions
- The dates for fee payment are as follows:-
- Fee will be deposited without late fee by 5th of every month.
- Late fee of 05/- (Per day) is applicable after the due date of the respective
- Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any

- If the dues are not paid even after three (3) reminders, then the name of the student will be struck off the Re-admission will be done only at the discretion of the principal after all the dues and a re-admission fee is paid.
- If the Cheque given by the parent is dishonored (for any reason), then a fine of 500/- will be levied.
